Arizona remains on Mountain Standard Time all year round.
Therefore it has to be shown as being different to the rest of the
Mountain Time zone which switches from Mountain Standard Time
in winter to Mountain Daylight Time in summer.
Most of Indiana remains on Eastern Standard Time all year round.
Therefore it has to be shown as being different to the rest of the
Eastern Time zone which switches from Eastern Standard Time
in winter to Eastern Daylight Time in summer.
